MOHAVE COUNTY DRAG RACING ASSOCIATION

Built for Racers.

Powered by Community.

Bringing together drag racers, performance vehicles, hot rods, classic cars, boats, motorcycles, and motorsports enthusiasts throughout Mohave County and beyond.

Whether you race it, build it, restore it, show it, ride it, or simply love horsepower, MCDRA is where the local motorsports community comes together.

WHERE HORSEPOWER MEETS COMMUNITY

More Than Racing.

It's a Community.

The Mohave County Drag Racing Association brings Arizona's racing and motorsports community together through drag racing, automotive shows, community gatherings, and special events throughout the region.

Led by longtime racing enthusiast John Yolla, MCDRA was built around a simple passion: bringing racers and motorsports enthusiasts together while creating opportunities for the community to experience the machines, people, and culture that make motorsports special.

From Horsepower by the Lake in Lake Havasu City to racing events, car shows, and community gatherings, MCDRA celebrates the people and machines that keep the motorsports community moving.

THE MCDRA COMMUNITY

Built Around the People

Behind the Machines

Every vehicle has a story.

Behind every race car is a racer and crew. Behind every custom build are countless hours in the garage. Behind every event are businesses, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, families, and fans who continue to show up.

MCDRA is about bringing those people together. Whether you're competing, displaying your vehicle, supporting an event, running a business, volunteering, or simply enjoying the show, there's a place for you in the MCDRA community

HORSEPOWER BY THE LAKE

Fast Cars.

Fast Boats.

Bad Bikes.

Good Times.

One of MCDRA's signature events, Horsepower by the Lake, brings an incredible mix of horsepower together along the shores of Lake Havasu City.

Drag cars, race cars, hot rods, classics, trucks, motorcycles, performance boats, vendors, businesses, racers, and spectators all come together for a unique Lake Havasu City motorsports experience.
